If you had flights to the USA during COVID-19, and you are not offered a refund by the airline or travel agent, lodge a complaint here.
Airline-initiated flight cancellations require full customer refunds under EU regulation EU261/2004. You may advise your airline or agent if you meet these eligibility requirements.
