SECURING A REFUND
Have you tried to secure a refund from a provider without success? If so, I can help to secure the best result for you using my expert negotiation skills and contacts in the media.
After a complimentary initial consultation, I will advise you whether progressing your claim is viable. If I don't believe I can assist, I will be upfront with you. If I believe I can help you, I will develop a personalised strategy based on your individual circumstances. We will then work together so you will be informed at each step along the way.
If your provider offers you an alternative to a full refund, but this isn’t what you’re after, I will advise you on how to secure the best possible terms. My fee will only be applicable should I facilitate a refund. My fee is 20% of the refund amount you receive or $500.00 (whichever is greater). If I am unable to facilitate a refund for you, I will not charge you a fee. My full terms and conditions are available here.
NEGOTIATION
I have always worked as a negotiator for consumers when they are being hard done by difficult sole traders or companies. I am driven to ensure consumers are always treated fairly, as evidenced by my campaign against the travel industry. SALES MENTORING
Due to my previous role as a national sales manager, I have experience designing sales pitches including objection handling as well as coaching and mentoring staff. I am available for one-on-one coaching for your specific area of concern. I am also available for corporate training in line with your company's broader needs.
